About the role

You'll inspect parts and finished goods against drawings and specs: taking dimensional measurements with calipers, micrometers, gauges, or a CMM, checking surfaces and welds visually, and deciding accept, rework, or reject. You'll perform incoming, in-process, and final inspections, tag and quarantine nonconforming material, and complete the inspection reports that ship with product. Your call is often the last check before a part reaches a customer.

What you'll bring

You read technical drawings fluently, including tolerances and GD&T basics, and measure with care rather than speed. You're consistent, incorruptible about borderline parts, and organized in your reporting. Machining or fabrication inspection experience is a strong asset.
